To succeed in this role, you should have at least 1-3 years of experience with PHP 7/8, as well as hands-on experience with Composer, Symfony, and ORMs (e.g. Propel). Additionally, you should be comfortable working with Docker or similar platforms, and have a solid understanding of SOLID principles and architecting maintainable features.

You should have a strong understanding of HTML/CSS/JS and be familiar with unit testing (even TDD). Additionally, you should have no fear of Git conflicts and be comfortable working in an agile environment.

Great communication skills are essential to this role. You should be able to clearly communicate technical issues to non-technical team members, as well as work collaboratively with remote colleagues. Fluency in English is a must.
