Project Manager
Development On-site Full-time
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams and ensure the successful delivery of projects within agreed timelines and budgets. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience working in an Agile environment and a strong understanding of Scrum methodology and Jira.
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
- Implement Agile methodologies and best practices to improve project efficiency and team communication
- Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and provide regular project status updates
- Maintain professional communication with clients and team members
- Manage the support and maintenance of existing applications
- Monitor project progress and report on project status using Jira
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience working in an Agile environment
- Experience with Scrum methodology and Jira
- Experience managing projects throughout the full development lifecycle
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with mobile and web application development
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is considered an advantage
